Starting January 3, 2012 to February 14, 2012, the WOTM will be selling heart ornaments to place on the Lover's Tree. The cost of the hearts will be annouced soon. We ask that once you purchase a heart(s), please place it/them on the tree until Valentine's Day. Then you may pick up your heart(s) and take them home. More about this fundraiser coming soon.

Starting January 3, 2012 to December 15, 2012, the WOTM and LOOM will begin a new adventure. We will have Christmas Stockings hanging in the Social Quarters. The WOTM and LOOM will be placing quarters into the stockings. We encourage all members to come to the lodge at least once a month to place the appropiate number of quarters into the Christmas Stockings. We hope this will be a very successful fundraiser for both the WOTM and LOOM.

We held our annual Kids Christmas Party on December 17, 2011 @ 12:00 pm. Santa and Mrs. Claus was brought to the lodge by a local fire department. When they arrived, the kids were outside to welcome them. The lodge and chapter donated some Tommy Moose to the fire department. The kids were able to sit on Santa's lap and talk with him. Pictures were taken of each child and adult who sat on Santa's lap. The kids were given a fruit bag. After everyone enjoyed their talks with Santa, we raffled off a Kids Bicycle. The child that won the bike had just gotten a new one, so he donated it to the child his family had drawn from the Angel Tree at their church. The children gathered their presents and were put in groups together and listened to a story. Once the story was over, the gift the child had in front of them they were allowed to open. So many smiling faces and happy children. Another great Christmas party for our community's children.
